The roots of the nations need healing.
Healing Roots is a praise and worship dance troupe operating under the covering of the leadership of Tree of Life Assemblies of God Native American Fellowship in Lancaster, New York. As we live and breathe, so must we reveal the glory and majesty of the LORD - The Beautiful Great One - lifting up the Name of Jesus Christ and preaching the Good News of the Messiah through energetic, colorful dance done in spirit and in truth. We pray that we are light and salt to your soul and a jump-start to your spirit man. We choose to be unique ~ a peculiar people. We choose the fear of the Lord who frees us to minister in the boldness of the Holy Spirit and His power. We are not ashamed of the gospel of Christ and the message of His cross for we know it is the power of God.
We believe in the power of prayer and the many forms of it that Creator Father anoints, including dance. While we stand in the gap for all nations, the vision of Healing Roots includes intercession for those of deep spiritual significance:
- ISRAEL - the root of all of God's chosen people, Jew and Gentile as one new man
- NATIVE AMERICA - the root that hosts the land of the many tribes and nations of the world
We believe that where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. Our dance is our prayer for freedom for all, which is found only in the Way, the Truth and the Life, the Lord Jesus Christ. "...now that He has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant." Hebrews 9:15b
And we believe He is coming again ~ soon and very soon.
We are watching and waiting for Him.

So Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and He will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for Him.
